Omar is a dedicated and certified personal trainer committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through individualized and results-driven programs. With expertise in general fitness, body recomposition, hypertrophy (muscle building), strength training, cardio conditioning, calisthenics, and senior fitness with a focus on rehabilitation and injury prevention, Omar works with clients across all fitness levels to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall health.
