Meet Harris, your Coach for General Fitness, Strength Training & Hypertrophy. Harris has
worked with a wide range of clients, including senior executives and busy professionals
across Dubai. Standing at 6’5, he’s a background in football and basketball from his early
childhood days.
Specializing in strength training (including hypertrophy), general fitness, training for
body recomposition as well as injury prevention, Harris designs tailored programs that
fit seamlessly into demanding schedules. Whether you want to build strength, improve
overall conditioning, or train around pre-existing injuries or limitations, his sessions deliver
