Your trainer arrives at your chosen location (home, apartment gym, villa garden) and spends the first 10-15 minutes talking through your injury history, what your physio or doctor said, and what movements feel uncomfortable right now. No clipboard questionnaires. Just a real conversation.
Then comes the movement check. Your trainer will ask you to do some basic movements: squat, lunge, push, pull, single-leg balance. Nothing painful, nothing intense. They're watching for compensation patterns, areas of weakness, and range of motion limitations. This tells them exactly where to start your program.
The rest of the session is a gentle introductory workout. Think light resistance, controlled movements, and lots of coaching on form. You'll finish feeling like you did something productive without feeling wrecked. That's the point. Your trainer isn't trying to impress you with a hard workout. They're establishing a baseline they can build on safely, session by session.
Before they leave, your trainer will explain the plan for the coming weeks and introduce you to your dietitian (usually via WhatsApp or video call within 48 hours). Within a few days, you'll have your personalised nutrition plan and a clear training schedule.

Dubai's climate means outdoor training needs careful planning. From June through September, when temperatures push past 45C, we shift sessions to air-conditioned apartment gyms, living rooms, or villa home gyms. During the cooler months (November to March), we make full use of villa gardens, parks, and outdoor spaces. Your trainer adapts every session to the setting.
We train across 40+ residential communities in Dubai. That includes Dubai Hills Estate, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, JBR, Business Bay, DIFC, Emirates Living, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif, JLT, Sports City, Motor City, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Damac Hills, Town Square, and more. For clients training during Ramadan, we offer adjusted scheduling with post-Iftar evening slots (typically 9pm-11pm) and modified programming that accounts for fasting. Sessions are shorter in intensity, focused on maintaining mobility and preventing muscle loss rather than pushing for new gains. Once Ramadan ends, we ramp back up.
