His qualifications include certification as a Kettlebell Instructor, The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist Course, a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, and an Active IQ Level 4 Certificate in Strength & Conditioning.
Don specializes in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through general fitness, strength training, cardio training, body transformation, and corrective exercises for injury prevention.
