Cristina

Cristina is a REPS-certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience, having
earned her qualification in London in 2014.
She typically trains women and couples and is able to handle a variety of training goals –
ranging from strength training, female fitness goals (pre-/post-natal), general fitness, body
recomposition, hypertrophy, cardio, and calisthenics.
Cristina is known for her ability to tailor programs to a wide range of clients – from
beginners looking to build foundational fitness to individuals aiming for muscle building, fat
loss, or improved athletic performance. She focuses on proper technique, progressive
overload, and sustainable training methods to help clients achieve visible and long-lasting
results.
Whether the goal is improving body composition, increasing muscle strength, enhancing
cardiovascular fitness, or mastering bodyweight movements, Cristina designs each
session with clear progression, precision, and an emphasis on long-term wellbeing.
