Personal Trainer
Matched to your goals, injuries, and schedule. Every session is built from scratch for you. Your trainer arrives at your door with a full equipment bag: TRX, resistance bands, glute bands, dumbbells up to 20kg. From June through September, we shift outdoor sessions to shaded villa gardens or air-conditioned home gym training setups to beat Dubai's 45C heat.
Clinical Dietitian
Your clinical dietitian (not just a nutritionist) builds a meal plan around what you actually eat in Dubai. Think brunch spots, delivery apps, restaurant guides for JBR and Downtown. During Ramadan, your plan shifts to post-Iftar fuelling with hydration-optimized macros. Our lead dietitian Keira holds a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, is DHA-licensed, and has worked with over 200 clients in Dubai across weight loss, muscle gain, PCOS management, and prenatal nutrition.
Accountability Coach
Coordinates your trainer and dietitian every week. Monitors body composition data, adjusts the program when you hit a plateau (usually around week 6, totally normal), and keeps you on track through travel weeks, holidays, and those "I just don't feel like it" days.

Bernhard started Athleaders in Singapore in 2019. The idea was simple: busy people don't need more motivation talks, they need a system that makes results hard to avoid. He moved operations to Dubai in 2021, and by 2026 the company has trained 500+ clients across 40+ residential communities. His background? Professional football in Germany, 3x Singapore International Triathlon Champion, a master's in business, and 15+ years training real people with real schedules.

You'll speak with our team about your goals, current fitness level, any injuries or medical conditions, and your preferred training schedule. We'll explain pricing, answer every question, and there's zero pressure to commit. Most people call during lunch breaks or after putting the kids to bed.
Step 2
We Match You with Your Team
Based on the call, we assign a trainer, clinical dietitian, and accountability coach who fit your needs. Want a female trainer? Prefer morning sessions? Have a knee issue? We account for all of it. Your trainer's profile and credentials are shared before your first session so you know exactly who's coming.
Step 3
Your First Session at Home
Your trainer arrives at your door with a full equipment bag. The first 15 minutes are a posture and movement assessment. Then you'll go through a workout calibrated to your current level. It's challenging but doable. Nobody gets destroyed on day one. Your dietitian sends your first meal plan within 48 hours.
Step 4
Weekly Check-ins and Adjustments
Every week, your accountability coach reviews your data: body composition, training logs, meal adherence. The program gets tweaked based on how your body responds. You're not locked into a plan written on day one. It evolves with you.

Our busiest area. Most towers here have decent building gyms that your trainer can use with you. For clients who prefer training at home, we work in living rooms and balconies. Early morning sessions (6-7am) are popular before office hours.
Downtown, Business Bay & DIFC
Lots of busy professionals here. We fit sessions around work schedules, often doing early morning or after-office slots. Some clients in Business Bay train in their building podium gyms, which tend to be well equipped.
Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches & Emirates Living
Villa communities are perfect for at-home training. Clients here often train in their gardens or garages. From October to April, outdoor sessions are the favourite. Summer months? We move inside to air-conditioned spaces.

About At-Home Personal Training in Dubai
Athleaders was founded in 2019 by Bernhard Lieder, a 3x Singapore International Triathlon Champion and former professional footballer from Germany. The company started in Singapore and expanded to Dubai in 2021. As of March 2026, we've trained over 500 clients across 40+ residential communities in Dubai and hold a 5.0 rating from 245+ Google reviews.
Here's the thing about personal training in Dubai: most companies pair you with a trainer and leave it at that. You get a workout plan, maybe a PDF meal plan, and you're on your own the rest of the week. That's not how lasting results happen. We assign three people to every client. Your personal trainer handles your workouts. Your clinical dietitian (DHA-licensed, not just someone who did an online course) builds and adjusts your nutrition plan daily. Your accountability coach coordinates the whole team and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Training happens wherever you want it. Your living room, your building gym, your villa garden, a park nearby. We bring all the equipment: TRX, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, agility ladders. You don't need a home gym or any gear of your own.
Dubai's climate shapes how we train. From October through April, outdoor sessions in villa gardens and parks are popular, and frankly a great way to train. But from June through September, when it's 45C+ outside, we shift everything indoors. Air-conditioned home gyms, apartment living rooms, building fitness centres. We also adjust programming for Ramadan every year, with post-Iftar evening slots and nutrition plans built around Suhoor and Iftar timing.
One thing people don't realise about at-home training logistics: our trainers carry two full equipment bags in their cars at all times. If a client in JLT wants to add kettlebells mid-session, they're already in the boot. We also keep backup kits at our operations base so no session ever gets cancelled because of a missing resistance band. Sounds like a small thing, but when you've been doing this since 2019, you learn that the small stuff is what makes or breaks the client experience.
