How is my trainer chosen?
Our team works diligently to ensure you’re paired with a trainer who best aligns with your fitness goals, schedule, and personality fit. With a 99% success rate in our trainer matches, most clients are extremely satisfied and don’t request changes once they’ve started. However, if at any point during your program you feel your trainer isn’t the right fit, we’ll happily swap trainers for you as many times as needed—at no additional cost—until you find the perfect match. We also consider any personality preferences you may have to ensure the best possible fit.
Can my program be customised for me?

Yes, we offer a Buddy Personal Training program where you can train with a partner/child. These sessions are designed for two people with varying fitness levels, and our trainer will guide both of you through time-based exercises that ensure you both push yourselves to your respective limits. Buddy sessions are ideal for individuals with similar goals, such as weight loss or general fitness.
If your goals differ significantly, we’ll need to assess whether the Buddy Personal Training program is the best fit.
