Ons is a certified personal trainer with a strong sports background – having competed in basketball and track & field at a national level. She specialises in helping women achieve strength, body recomposition, and long-term fitness through structured, safe, and intelligently designed programs.With expertise in strength training, body recomposition, female-focused fitness objectives, injury-safe training, and Pilates-infused mobility work, Ons delivers sessions that are both challenging and technically precise. She is skilled at working around injuries, supporting clients who are returning to movement, and creating programs that improve strength without aggravating existing conditions. Ons primarily works with female clients – from beginners to athletes – helping them build lean muscle, improve movement quality, and feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
