Christina

Christina is a certified personal trainer and mother of two who specialises in helping women
achieve sustainable weight loss, hormonal balance, and long-term strength. She supports women in building confidence, resilience, and fitness through structured strength-based training—whether they train at home, outdoors, or in the gym.

She predominantly works with women and couples in private 1:1, buddy, or small-group sessions, delivering highly personalised, goal-driven programs designed for real, measurable results. With deep expertise in strength training, pre- and post-natal coaching, injury-prevention programming, mobility work, and racket-sport conditioning (especially padel), Christina creates safe, progressive programs that help clients get leaner, stronger, and more capable—without compromising joint health or recovery.

Christina has supported women through every stage of their wellness journey—from rebuilding core and pelvic-floor strength after childbirth, to improving hormonal health through intelligent strength programming, to gaining muscle tone, fat loss, and confidence with progressive resistance training, as well as returning safely to training after injury.
