Meet Igor – training since 2014 in the fitness industry, Igor is a Level 4-certified Strength and Conditioning coach with extensive expertise in body recomposition, general fitness, hypertrophy, strength training, cardio, and senior fitness (rehab/injury prevention) and racket-sport conditioning (esp. padel). His deep understanding of movement mechanics and injury prevention allows him to create highly effective, science-based programs tailored to each client’s needs.

Beyond his Strength & Conditioning certification, Igor has completed specialized courses in Functional Balance Circuits for Active Adults, Olympic Lifting Mechanics & Progressions, and Corrective Exercise Strategies for Shoulder Function. This additional knowledge ensures that his training approach is both holistic and results-driven, focusing on improving movement efficiency, strength, and endurance while reducing the risk of injury.

To add variety and challenge, Igor incorporates TRX, running, and boxing into his programs, making workouts engaging, dynamic, and effective.
