Athleaders post-injury recovery follows a six-step process. It starts with a free consultation call, then your personal trainer for injury conducts a movement assessment at your home, designs a progressive recovery program, and trains you 2-3 times per week. Your Nutrition Coach supports your recovery nutrition, and your Accountability Coach tracks milestones weekly.
Athleaders begins where physiotherapy ends. Once your physio or doctor has cleared you, our trainers help you rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
We discuss your injury, medical clearance status, doctor's notes, and recovery goals over a 20-minute call.
Your trainer assesses your current strength, mobility, and movement quality to identify limitations and safe starting points for your program.
Your trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Accountability Coach build a custom plan together. Your Accountability Coach takes ownership from here, syncing weekly with the trainer and Nutrition Coach to track milestones and adjust the plan.
Each session uses progressive overload principles, adjusted for your injury. We increase intensity, range of motion, and exercise complexity as you progress.

Before your first session even begins, your dedicated trainer has already been briefed on everything you shared during your complimentary consultation call. They'll message you over WhatsApp beforehand to understand any additional details and confirm logistics. When they meet you in person, they'll go over all those pointers again to make sure they're in the best position to design your first session safely.
Your trainer arrives at your chosen location (home, apartment gym, villa garden) and spends the first 10-15 minutes talking through your injury history, what your physio or doctor said, and what movements feel uncomfortable right now. No clipboard questionnaires. Just a real conversation.
Then comes the movement check. Your trainer will ask you to do some basic movements: squat, lunge, push, pull, single-leg balance. Nothing painful, nothing intense. They're watching for compensation patterns, areas of weakness, and range of motion limitations.
The rest of the session is a gentle introductory workout. Think light resistance, controlled movements, and lots of coaching on form. You'll finish feeling like you did something productive without feeling wrecked. Before they leave, your trainer explains the plan for the coming weeks and introduces you to your Nutrition Coach.
Most first sessions run about 60 minutes. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of what the next few weeks look like.
